We bake fresh bread every day. The flour we use is organic, from Creston; a local producer.
We are passionate about sourdough breads and all the processes that permit us to offer healthier products. We favour flours made with old cereals, naturally lower in gluten. The long fermentation process we use guarantees a really low gluten bread, even if not gluten free.
We offer a large selection of loaves, brioche, classic French baguettes (traditional or white), and special breads, changing with the season (Christmas bread, fig loaf, Valentine’s Day special, cocoa bread…).
If you are looking for savory, we bake daily a range of products made with bread, such as pizza baguettes, tartines or savory croissants. A delicious combo of French savoir-faire and delicacy.
