He mixes Canadian flavours and French savoir-faire. All his creations are unique, and we must say, addictive.

The menu is seasonal as it is important to us to work with fresh fruits and seasonal products. We offer tarts, pies, macarons, choux, eclairs… and many classics of French pastry. We also have several vegan and gluten free options, and specials for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter…
