A bigger version of our chocolate tart.  A cocoa sugar dough  filled with a first layer of hazelnut praline and a layer of milk and dark chocolate ganache. All topped up with a chocolate Chantilly and some hazelnuts for the finishing touch.

It serves 6 to 8 persons.
